UK, how much will 500k pension pot pay me per year

Hi Sorry if this a basic question or has been asked before, I’m new to this sub. If I have 500k pension pot, what percentage should I use as a guide to what it will pay me each year. Assume not taking any lump sum, just want to maximise retirement income. I’ve been advised to work in 3,4,5&7%. That’s a big difference and double the lowest vs high. I’m trying to establish if I can retire early. Thanks all
